What types of properties do you photograph?
We photograph all residential and commercial listings, including condos, single-family homes, townhomes, and new builds.
Do I need to clean or stage the home before the shoot?
Yes. Please ensure the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready. We recommend turning on all lights and opening blinds.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most photo sessions take 45–90 minutes. Video or bundled packages may take longer depending on size and services booked.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly on our website using our booking form. Choose your package, add-ons, and preferred date/time.
How soon will I get my photos or videos?
Photos are delivered within 24–48 hours. Videos, floor plans, and virtual tours may take up to 72 hours.
Can I request rush delivery?
Yes! Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Let us know in the booking form or email us directly.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due on or before the shoot day. We accept e-transfer and cash.
Who owns the media after the shoot?
You receive a non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property. Reuse or resale is not permitted without permission.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
