Terms of Service

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be booked in advance via our online form or email. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% fee.

Edited photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Videos and virtual tours may take up to 72 hours. Rush delivery available upon request (fees may apply).

You are granted a non-transferable license to use delivered media for marketing the property. Media may not be resold or reused for other listings without permission.

Please ensure the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready prior to arrival. We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture unless prearranged.

Full payment is due before or on the day of the shoot. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and cash. Invoices are sent automatically after booking.

RealView Visuals is not liable for any accidents, damage, or delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, access issues, or technical failure.
